John Flynn

John has twenty years business experience primarily in the IT & Telco industries. Having initially worked in the software development of IT Office Solutions and as a senior developer with various software application houses, he became involved in the engineering development and support of early GSM wireless solutions with large infrastructure providers in Europe. John subsequently led global Customer Support and Customer Care functions for a large GSM infrastructure provider covering multiple product lines with > 80 customers worldwide. In the area of Services, he has held Global Product Management responsibility for the development and introduction of a new network services portfolio to the global telco market and has subsequently set up and run various EMEA-wide services lines of business, with full P&L, Sales and Operations responsibility. As a leader and senior manager of large international organisations, John has been an agent for change in introducing services and ensuring significant business return from such strategic initiatives. John has been engaged in executive level management for Professional Services for over 10 years, both internally within large corporations and externally with the customer and has significant expertise in facilitating innovation and revenue growth through services.
